Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to work 20-40 hours per week
  • Available to work holidays, weekends, and peak periods
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift 30-40 lbs regularly
  • Ability to walk between two restaurant locations regularly
  • Provides leadership that inspires teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory kitchen experience
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to manage schedules and labor costs
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage overall shift operations and BOH staff effectiveness
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on Homeroom policies
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and manage employee scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Maintain BOH cleanliness and equipment
  • Address customer complaints related to the BOH
  • Manage labor costs and product cost control
