The Back of House (BOH) team member role at Mountain Mike's Pizza is an integral part of our kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or related kitchen duties preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- ensure all food products are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and quality
- cook pizzas, sides, and other menu items in accordance with specified cooking times and temperatures
- assemble pizzas and other food items accurately and efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards
- inspect food items for quality and consistency before they are served to customers
- follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- work closely with other BOH team members to coordinate food preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to fulfill orders accurately and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- follow cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold sanitary standards and health code regulations
- follow Mountain Mike's Pizza policies and procedures regarding food preparation, safety, and operational guidelines
- participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to BOH responsibilities
