Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food preparation or related kitchen duties preferred
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
strong communication skills

physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
ensure all food products are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and quality
cook pizzas, sides, and other menu items in accordance with specified cooking times and temperatures
assemble pizzas and other food items accurately and efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards
inspect food items for quality and consistency before they are served to customers
follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
work closely with other BOH team members to coordinate food preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations
communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to fulfill orders accurately and promptly
maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
follow cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold sanitary standards and health code regulations
follow Mountain Mike's Pizza policies and procedures regarding food preparation, safety, and operational guidelines
participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to BOH responsibilities
