Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast food or restaurant experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work around heat
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and security policies
- Willingness to cooperate with management and team members
- Commitment to maintain professionalism and guest satisfaction
- Ability to use various cleaning products safely
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in fast food or similar environment preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Experience with cleaning products
- Familiarity with restaurant operations from a guest's viewpoint

Job Duties
- Prepare quality products according to company standards
- Cook food using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
- Assemble sandwiches and wrap or package products
- Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet demand
- Temper and label products with discard dates
- Monitor holding times and discard expired or inferior products
- Clean, organize, and restock stations
- Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
- Provide positive guest service experience
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned stations accurately and productively
- Ensure all guests receive hot and quality products
- Handle all food products according to safety procedures
- Follow food safety and sanitation requirements
- Accomplish expected work during each shift
- Support restaurant management goals and directives
- Follow company guidelines for food and cash controls
- Properly use products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
