The Team Member role at Superior Star is a crucial position that directly influences the quality of food and overall guest experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous fast food or restaurant experience a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work around heat
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and security policies
  • Willingness to cooperate with management and team members
  • Commitment to maintain professionalism and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to use various cleaning products safely
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality products according to company standards
  • Cook food using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
  • Assemble sandwiches and wrap or package products
  • Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet demand
  • Temper and label products with discard dates
  • Monitor holding times and discard expired or inferior products
  • Clean, organize, and restock stations
  • Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
  • Provide positive guest service experience
  • Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
  • Work assigned stations accurately and productively
  • Ensure all guests receive hot and quality products
  • Handle all food products according to safety procedures
  • Follow food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Accomplish expected work during each shift
  • Support restaurant management goals and directives
  • Follow company guidelines for food and cash controls
