Job Duties
- Lead all front-of-house operations with a strong, visible presence on the floor

- Partner with the culinary team to execute service at a high level
- Manage scheduling, labor, and cost controls
- Maintain and elevate guest experience standards
- Handle hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while planning for long-term success
