The ideal candidate is well-versed in both classic and modern cocktail preparation, with a solid grasp of core techniques such as round-building from the bottom up. Extended skills, including advanced methods like clarification and fat-washing, are highly valued.

Bartenders at Back Bar are expected to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and polished demeanor.
