Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Completed 12-semester units in a verified Master's of ABA coursework sequence
- Minimum one year of experience in behavior analytic services
- Completion of 500 total fieldwork hours including 300 unrestricted hours
- Maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Passion for helping children with autism
- Commitment to ethical standards and quality service
- Ability to be transparent and innovative in a clinical role
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Completed at least 12-semester units in a verified Master's of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university
- At least one year of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
- Completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with 300 hours unrestricted
- Maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and professionals
Job Duties
- Design and implement individualized behavior analytic services for children with autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Monitor and evaluate progress of therapy and make data-driven adjustments
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support child development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
