Job Description

HeyGen is a pioneering technology company dedicated to democratizing visual storytelling by making advanced video creation tools accessible to everyone. Over the past decade, visual content, especially video, has dramatically transformed how people communicate, learn, and retain information, becoming the preferred medium across industries and audiences. However, creating high-quality video content remains a costly and complex endeavor for many creators and businesses. HeyGen's mission is to break down these barriers by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to empower a broader range of individuals and organizations to produce captivating video content that engages and inspires their audiences. The company focuses on delivering innovative AI-powered video solutions that simplify and scale video production processes, enabling more effective storytelling and communication at a fraction of traditional costs. HeyGen is headquartered in San Francisco and operates in the fast-growing AI and tech landscape, positioning itself as a leader in B2B and enterprise video solutions. They offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k plans, generous paid time off, and emotional health resources among others. They are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within their workforce, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.

As part of HeyGen's growth, the company is looking for an experienced Field Marketer to drive their enterprise event strategy and execution. The position requires a high degree of ownership and the ability to blend meticulous logistical management with strategic marketing insights. This person will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure events are aligned with target accounts and pipeline goals, translating event activities into measurable business outcomes. Based at the San Francisco office, the role demands excellent project management skills, vendor negotiation expertise, and the ability to produce executive-level event experiences that reflect HeyGen's brand and values. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successfully executing B2B events that generate significant pipeline impact rather than mere attendance metrics.
