Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Proficiency with POS systems
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and wine pairings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems

Job Duties

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders including recommendations for seasonal menu items and wine pairings
Use POS system proficiently for order entry and payment processing
Deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy
Maintain organized and clean dining and service areas
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or concerns quickly
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
