The position of Aviation Assembler is an entry-level role offering $20 per hour, accompanied by a hiring bonus and opportunities for career advancement. As an Aviation Assembler, you will be responsible for performing complex assembly and installation tasks, which include fitting and adjusting parts of major production sub-assemblies, completing minor assemblies, and executing advanced riveting techniques. You will work from blueprints, tool write-ups, sketches, and verbal information to ensure assembly accuracy and conformity to specifications.

The role requires operating riveting machines such as Drivematic and Erco, applying primers and adhesives, preparing surfaces for sealing, and using measurement tools to verify product acceptance data. Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are key attributes needed for success. The position demands a high school diploma or GED equivalent, physical stamina to stand and lift at least 25 pounds, and the ability to adapt to various working environments including temperature variations and dusty conditions.
