As part of the role, assemblers will interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, tool write-ups, and verbal instructions to perform tasks related to aircraft and aerospace component assembly. The work will involve fitting parts requiring precise adjustments, reaming holes within tight tolerances, fairing complex surfaces, and performing difficult riveting tasks where accessibility challenges exist. The assembler will also be responsible for preparing surfaces for adhesive application, applying primers and sealants, and ensuring parts fit correctly. Additionally, the use of inspection gauges, check tools, and precision measuring devices to document product acceptance data is essential, contributing to the company's focus on quality and compliance.

ST Engineering MRAS emphasizes safety and provides a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, a 401k savings plan, educational assistance reimbursement, and paid time off, among other perks. The company values its employees and fosters an environment that encourages career advancement and professional growth.
