ABM (NYSE: ABM) is a leading global provider of facility services and solutions, dedicated to creating cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environments. Established in 1909, ABM has grown into a powerhouse with over 100,000 team members operating from more than 350 offices across the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations. The company serves a wide array of industries, including commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, entertainment venues, and more. ABM’s comprehensive range of services covers janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical services, landscape and turf care, and mission-critical solutions. With annualized revenues nearing $8 billion, ABM is committed to delivering exceptional service quality and innovative performance solutions to improve the spaces and places that matter most.

The Aviation Supervisor, Cabin Services role at ABM is a dynamic leadership position dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in aircraft cabin cleaning operations. Positioned on the 2nd shift, and compensated at a rate of $20.50 per hour, this role is essential to ensuring that all assigned flights are serviced safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with airline, airport, and company standards. As the Aviation Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of cabin cleaners responsible for meticulously cleaning aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, tray tables, seat areas, and other designated spaces in preparation for timely flight departures.

Your responsibilities will include supervising cabin service agents, coordinating staffing and work assignments aligned with flight schedules, and conducting stringent quality inspections to uphold all cleaning standards before aircraft departure. You will also play a pivotal role in training, coaching, and developing the team, ensuring that employees adhere to cleaning procedures, safety protocols, customer expectations, and company policies. In addition, you will monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance, providing feedback and corrective actions where necessary to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Compliance is paramount in this role, requiring careful adherence to FAA regulations, airport security requirements, OSHA guidelines, and airline standards. Effective communication with airline representatives, airport personnel, and operations management teams will be crucial to maintain seamless operations and quick resolution of any issues such as operational delays or safety concerns. The Aviation Supervisor will also assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll-related activities to support workforce management.

Attention to equipment and resource management is vital, ensuring proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies. The role also demands flexibility and the ability to support operational needs during irregular operations, flight delays, and peak travel periods. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive operational environment. The Aviation Supervisor position not only plays a critical part in delivering exceptional cabin service but also contributes significantly to ABM’s mission to provide essential services that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency in a critical travel infrastructure setting.
