The role of Aviation Supervisor, Cabin Services, is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient aircraft cabin cleaning operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position focuses on supervisory responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of cabin cleaners to make sure that all assigned flights are serviced on time, safely, and according to strict airline, airport, and company standards. Positioned on the 2nd shift, the Aviation Supervisor leads, coaches, and monitors a team dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and safety within aircraft interiors.

The Aviation Supervisor is responsible for coordinating staffing and work assignments to meet flight schedules and on-time departure goals. Quality inspections are a key element of the role, guaranteeing that every aircraft is fully cleaned, from cabins and galleys to lavatories and seating areas, prior to departure. This position also emphasizes training and development, helping employees improve their performance through coaching on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Moreover, the supervisor ensures compliance with FAA regulations, airport security requirements, OSHA guidelines, and airline policies.

In addition to operational leadership, the Aviation Supervisor maintains communication with airline representatives, airport personnel, and management to quickly address any operational issues, delays, or safety concerns. The role also involves administrative tasks such as assisting with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, payroll activities, and documentation related to incidents or operational challenges. Proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals are strictly enforced to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

This position pays $20.50 per hour, with pay varying based on experience, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Benefits include eligibility to contribute to a 401(k) plan with ABM matching contributions dollar for dollar up to 3%, and partial matching for the next 2%. Contributions and matches are immediately vested. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package detailed on their employee benefits webpage. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities and is proud to be a military-friendly employer.
