Job Requirements
- Valid state driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in an aviation or large facility environment
- Knowledge of airport security and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise and manage janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with airport safety regulations and industry standards
- Oversee daily cleaning operations in terminals, restrooms, lounges, baggage areas, and other airport facilities
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly
- Coordinate with airport management and other departments to ensure janitorial needs are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage
- Enforce health and safety policies, including proper handling of hazardous materials
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests and resolve any customer or passenger complaints regarding cleanliness
- Train and mentor janitorial team members, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and performance evaluations
