Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Knowledge of safety and risk-management policies
  • Willingness to travel rarely for training or property support

Job Duties

  • Prepare vacant apartments by removing trash and debris
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors
