Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Knowledge of safety and risk-management policies
- Willingness to travel rarely for training or property support
Job Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
Job Duties
- Inspect community grounds and amenities for cleanliness and maintenance
- Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Clean and maintain trash rooms and storage areas
- Support service team members with minor service requests
- Prepare vacant apartments by removing trash and debris
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors
