Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of doughs, creams, fillings, and glazes
  • support the creation of cakes, tarts, cookies, sweet breads, and other pastry products
  • decorate and apply final touches to pastry products under the supervision of the Pastry Chef
  • weigh, measure, and organize ingredients following standardized recipes
  • ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products
  • maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, utensils, and equipment
  • comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations such as HACCP and ServSafe
  • assist in inventory control and report restocking needs
  • collaborate with the team to meet production volumes and delivery deadlines
