The ideal candidate will have five or more years of sales experience within an auto repair shop management context or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry. Experience in managing and developing team members, strategic planning, and a proven ability to meet sales and profit goals is essential. While previous experience as an automotive technician is preferred, it is not mandatory. Possession of a valid driver's license and being at least 18 years old are required to perform the duties of the Store Manager effectively.

Job Requirements
- Must have five or more years of experience in auto repair shop management or similar automotive business experience
- Previous management experience with successful team leadership and coaching
- Ability to analyze business trends and implement plans to meet financial targets
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience of sales in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
- Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or similar position preferred but not required
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service by maintaining store standards and handling escalated complaints
- Sets expectations and communicates regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, and development
- Holds management team accountable for job responsibilities and coaches employees toward desired behaviors
- Conducts performance evaluations for all employees at regular intervals
- Analyzes and measures business trends and implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets
- Maintains proper controls over company assets and follows standard closing procedures
- Ensures the cleanliness of the store and maintains high housekeeping and merchandising standards
