The Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships currently seeks to enhance their Service Department team with the addition of an Automotive Service Valet. This full-time role is crucial to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering excellent customer service. The Automotive Service Valet is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, ensuring they are maintained in sound working condition as directed by management, and offering additional support functions within the service department.

The Service Valet’s duties extend beyond vehicle handling to include essential customer service tasks such as assisting with service write-ups, tagging, and helping customers by providing transportation to their homes or workplaces, enhancing the overall service experience. The valet also supports the cleanliness and organization of the service and showroom areas, manages mail and other pick-ups and deliveries, and handles dealer trades, including the required paperwork. They play a key role in vehicle inspections, ensuring that both incoming and outgoing vehicles are checked thoroughly for condition and completeness, thereby safeguarding the dealership's standards and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, emphasizing the importance of safe and responsible vehicle operation. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members alike. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information accurately.

The Service Department operates on a flexible schedule but remains closed on Sundays, accommodating employees’ work-life balance. The position is non-exempt, offering eligibility for overtime pay.
