This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to get their 'foot in the door' of the automotive industry while enjoying competitive wages between $16.90 and $18.50 per hour, based on experience.

The role of the Sales and Service Lot Porter involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the dealership's vehicle lot and service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining the standards and quality of the dealership, both in terms of vehicle presentation and general lot upkeep. This position requires attention to detail to thoroughly inspect incoming vehicles, verify accessories against invoices, and effectively manage the parking to maximize space utilization. You will be working closely with sales and service departments to meet specific customer needs and uphold the dealership's high service standards.

Porters will also play a key role in coordinating with team members and management to streamline lot operations, perform routine cleaning and servicing of auto parts, and maintain all service tools and equipment in proper working order. This is a hands-on job that demands reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Candidates do not need prior experience in the field but must be eager to learn, dependable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Our dealership group values inclusivity and equal opportunity employment. We provide a supportive atmosphere to help employees thrive in their roles, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Selected candidates will also undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test to ensure safety and reliability in our workplace. This full-time role offers a comprehensive pay plan and benefits package, which will be discussed in detail during the post-interview process. If you have a general familiarity with automobiles, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply and join our expanding team.
