With more than 2,200 employees, the company fosters a culture of growth, integrity, and outstanding service across its many locations and manufacturers.

This role is also hands-on, involving the pick-up and delivery of vehicles for customers, as well as parking cars internally within various dealership departments. Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the dealership premises, including the inventory lot and service drive, is a vital part of the job to uphold the company’s high standards.

Additionally, the Service Concierge/Porter will support service advisors as needed, which helps streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Flow Honda offers a competitive pay structure commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience, making this an attractive opportunity for motivated individuals looking to advance their careers in automotive service and customer relations.

Working at Flow Honda means joining a company that values innovation and the continuous improvement of processes to stay at the forefront of the automotive industry. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance with dependent coverage, paid time off, and paid volunteer time. Employees also benefit from a 401(k) retirement plan, a financial wellness program, and the Thrive@Flow wellness initiative featuring an on-site nurse. Additional perks include employee pricing for automotive services and vehicle purchases, as well as a scholarship program for employees' children.

Flow Automotive Companies emphasizes equal opportunity employment, welcoming candidates of diverse backgrounds and ensuring a fair hiring process without discrimination. Prospective employees must be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, be able to easily enter and exit vehicles, and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
