Flow Honda of Winston Salem is currently seeking a full-time, tech-savvy Service Concierge/Porter to join their dynamic team. This role requires someone who is comfortable using technology and willing to implement new and innovative processes regularly. The position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute directly to the overall customer experience and dealership operations. A preferred skill for this role is the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, which adds versatility to the services provided.

The Service Concierge/Porter will be a key point of contact for customers, responsible for greeting them in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role is also hands-on, involving the pick-up and delivery of vehicles for customers, as well as parking cars internally within various dealership departments.
