Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Reliable and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions

Prior experience as porter, lot attendant, or valet preferred

Job Duties

Move vehicles to and from service shop and run the car through a car wash
Install plastic lining on seats and steering wheel before service is performed
Responsible for running shuttle service
Assist in the daily operation of the parking facility
Greet arriving and departing guests
Ensure security of cars in showroom and lot management
Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues
Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines
Report all accidents and incidents to supervisor immediately
Maintain integrity and appearance of lot
Perform any and all other duties as assigned by service department
