The role of an Automotive Service Porter is integral to the daily function of our service department. Service Porters serve as the first point of contact for customers as they bring their vehicles in for service, greeting guests courteously and initiating the process to prepare vehicles for maintenance or repair. This role requires a reliable individual who is proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage various responsibilities such as moving vehicles to and from the shop, ensuring they are clean and ready for service, and maintaining the organization and security of the dealership lot. Service Porters also provide shuttle service for customers, assist with parking operations, and contribute to the overall positive experience of our guests. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for automotive service, who are looking to develop their careers within a reputable dealership environment. Prior automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
