Ken Garff West Valley Ford, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is currently looking for a dedicated Service Lot Attendant (Valet) to join their team. This role is integral to the service department, supporting smooth vehicle logistics and customer interactions. The Service Lot Attendant helps ensure customer satisfaction by moving vehicles efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, and providing a warm and professional greeting to every customer. Employees in this role embody the group's core values by performing their duties with high precision, accountability, and approachability.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, capable of engaging respectfully and thoughtfully with customers and team members alike. They should be analytical and detail-oriented, capable of operating within a fast-paced environment where precision and accuracy are critical. This position requires the employee to be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid in-state driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record in line with company standards. Educationally, a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary to meet the job requirements.
