Job Description

MINI of St. Louis is a prominent automotive dealership proudly operating as part of the Autohaus Family, a well-established automotive group known for their dedication to excellence since 1966. Specifically affiliated with Autohaus BMW, MINI of St. Louis is committed to delivering an extraordinary consumer experience, creating a customer-focused environment where quality service and satisfaction are paramount. This dealership takes pride in being family-owned and operated, which fosters a close-knit and supportive workplace culture. The dealership features a state-of-the-art facility that reflects the company’s commitment to modernity, efficiency, and a premium customer experience. Working here means joining a team where the "Autohaus Experience" is brought to life daily and where employees are valued partners in success.

The role of Service Greeter/Porter at MINI of St. Louis is a full-time position essential to maintaining the smooth operation of the service department. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with no weekend hours, making it ideal for candidates looking for a consistent weekday schedule. The Service Greeter/Porter acts as the first point of contact for service customers, responsible for greeting them promptly and with a friendly demeanor. The role requires exceptional customer service skills as it directly impacts the customer's experience and satisfaction.

In addition to greeting customers, the Service Porter has responsibilities related to vehicle management and service flow control. This includes parking vehicles in assigned areas, ensuring they are secured by locking them, and carefully managing keys to prevent loss or misplacement. The porter assists service advisors and service managers with paperwork and repair orders, contributing to the efficient operation of the service team. Other duties include occasional customer shuttle service, washing and vacuuming vehicles, and fueling them as needed. Maintaining a professional appearance and keeping the work environment clean and organized are also key expectations.

Candidates should be dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to maintain consistent attendance. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory, alongside the ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions. Adaptability to working outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary for this hands-on role. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady employment within a respected organization committed to employee growth and customer satisfaction.

MINI of St. Louis offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and financial security. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance options, a 401(k) retirement plan available after one year of employment, and an employee lease program. The dealership values its family-owned culture and strives to maintain an excellent work environment within its advanced, modern facility. If you are passionate about automotive service, customer care, and want to be part of a trusted and growing dealership team, this role at MINI of St. Louis could be the perfect fit.
