This opportunity is with a dynamic new car dealership known for its commitment to exceptional customer service and an engaging, fast-paced work environment. The role is designed for a full-time Service Advisor Assistant who will act as the vital first point of contact for clients arriving for vehicle servicing or repairs. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, writing up initial repair orders, and facilitating effective communication between Service Advisors and Technicians to maintain smooth workflow. The position also involves providing shuttle services as needed, requiring a clean driving record with no more than one traffic violation. Candidates with familiarity in automotive systems, as well as experience using dealership management software such as CDK or ADP, will be particularly well-suited for this role.
Work hours are structured to cover weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Sundays and one weekday off each week, ensuring a balanced schedule. The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- valid driver's license
- ability to work weekdays and Saturdays as scheduled
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage workflow effectively
- adherence to dealership policies
