Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- valid driver's license
- ability to work weekdays and Saturdays as scheduled
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage workflow effectively
- adherence to dealership policies
Job Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- excellent verbal and writing skills
- strong organizational skills
- computer proficiency including CDK and ADP experience
- general knowledge of automobiles
- experience in a new car dealership environment preferred
- good driving record with no more than 1 ticket
Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive for service
- initial repair order write-up
- contact clients
- help with workflow between advisors and technicians
- drive shuttle as needed
