The responsibilities for this role encompass a variety of tasks that support the operational efficiency and customer service excellence at the dealership. These include maintaining cleanliness and safety by ensuring driveways and sidewalks are clean, managing vehicular logistics by driving vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking areas, and shuttling customers to and from their work or home locations. Additional duties involve administrative support such as making key tags and assisting service advisors with scanning and filing repair orders. The role requires a proactive self-starter attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
