Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- possess a valid in-state driver’s license
- maintain a good driving record per company standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferred prior experience in sales or customer service
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- excellent interpersonal skills
- persuasive and motivated to achieve sales goals

Job Duties
- Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
- professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up
- respond to and communicate with potential prospects including web leads, phone leads, and store leads
- participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge
- manage multiple customer relationships efficiently
- build trust and foster long-term customer relationships
- maintain a good driving record as required by company standards
