Job Qualifications

  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • proven ability to build relationships and deliver top-tier customer service
  • self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team goals
  • valid driver’s license with three years of clean driving experience

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
  • maintain expert knowledge of the vehicle lineup, features, and competitive advantages
  • build lasting relationships through follow-up, communication, and exceptional service
  • meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the dealership’s standard of excellence
  • collaborate with management and team members to ensure client satisfaction and dealership success
  • achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process
  • follow up on all sales leads and promptly and accurately record all client communication
  • understand the terminology of the automobile business and technical changes in the product
  • process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
  • explain product performance and benefits to our clients
  • follow up with unsold clients, utilizing proper forms of communication
  • present pricing including leasing and financing payments
