- proven ability to build relationships and deliver top-tier customer service
- self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team goals
- valid driver’s license with three years of clean driving experience
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail
- guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- maintain expert knowledge of the vehicle lineup, features, and competitive advantages
- build lasting relationships through follow-up, communication, and exceptional service
- meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the dealership’s standard of excellence
- collaborate with management and team members to ensure client satisfaction and dealership success
- achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process
- follow up on all sales leads and promptly and accurately record all client communication
- understand the terminology of the automobile business and technical changes in the product
- process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- explain product performance and benefits to our clients
- follow up with unsold clients, utilizing proper forms of communication
- present pricing including leasing and financing payments
