The role of the Lot Attendant/Porter based in Strongsville, OH, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a starting pay rate from $15.00 per hour. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction by carefully managing vehicle logistics within the service area and lot. The Lot Attendant/Porter is responsible for moving vehicles efficiently and safely to and from service bays and parking areas. Beyond vehicle handling, the role involves maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and the service area, replenishing vehicle fluids, replacing batteries when necessary, and ensuring lot organization according to dealership display standards. This position also includes basic vehicle inventory management tasks such as placing buyer guides and stock tags, making key tags, and performing trash removal duties from service and other departments as needed.
In addition to vehicle management responsibilities, this role occasionally involves transporting customers to and from their homes, contributing to a superior customer service experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work flexible schedules including some weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles
- Replenish all vehicle fluids as needed
- Replace batteries when necessary
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and dealership display standards
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Make key tags and handle inventory of vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
- Perform trash removal from service and other departments
- Deliver vehicles to customers after service completion
- Transport customers to/from their homes when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
