Job Requirements
- Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s preferred but not required
- 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, F&I Manager)
- Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week)
- Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive dealership roles such as Sales, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and F&I processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Job Duties
- Establish professional relationships with customers to understand their business needs
- Identify trouble areas within automotive dealerships and recommend consulting solutions
- Utilize industry knowledge and proven consulting programs to solve dealership issues
