Dewey Dodge, one of the dealerships under the Ken Garff umbrella, is currently seeking to hire a Sales Lot Tech. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and presentation of the dealership lot, representing the company’s core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. As a Sales Lot Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the lot’s appearance, monitoring and cataloging vehicles, and supporting the sales team by handling various technical and organizational tasks related to vehicle management.
The Sales Lot Tech position at Dewey Dodge offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your attention to detail and positive attitude are highly valued. This role is ideal for individuals who are precise, analytical, unselfish, and approachable with strong listening and communication skills. The job demands a strong sense of responsibility, as it involves tasks such as arranging cars neatly, washing and fueling vehicles, verifying serial numbers against invoices, and inspecting new and used vehicles for damage upon delivery. In addition to these primary duties, the Sales Lot Tech will be entrusted with other responsibilities as assigned, requiring flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall team effort.
Working at Ken Garff Automotive Group means you’ll be joining a company that truly listens to and values its people. The company focuses heavily on employee well-being and offers a range of benefits, including competitive compensation with a 401k company match, wellness time off, holidays, personal purpose days, comprehensive insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, disability, AD&D, and life insurance), and additional wellness programs such as mental health support, diabetes management, and parental leave stipends. Employees also benefit from generous vehicle purchase discounts, parts, and service incentives, as well as opportunities for career growth within sales and service roles.
