Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed their probationary period
- Excellent attendance and job performance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical condition for moving and aligning vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in vehicle inventory management or automotive fleet operations preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer proficiency especially with fleet management systems
Job Duties
- Control the flow of cars in and out of the lot
- Manage inventory by checking and logging new vehicle arrivals
- Update vehicle status accurately in the fleet computer system
- Ensure vehicles are front line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guides and frame plates
- Park and align cars to maintain a well-presented sales lot
- Manage the back-overflow lot and shuttle cars to vendors
- Assist with dealer trades and customer pick-ups as required
- Maintain fuel logs and file reports requested by the Location Manager
