The salesperson role at this dealership is an essential position responsible for maximizing and supporting 100 percent of all inbound and outbound customer traffic. This includes handling showroom visits, phone inquiries, and internet leads, plus following up with sold and unsold prospects, as well as service opportunities. The individual in this role embodies the dealership's image through professionalism, interpersonal skills, and customer-oriented service. Daily collaboration with management staff from various departments, including Variable and Fixed Operations and Sales Managers, is integral to the position. The role requires an individual with excellent people skills who can effectively work a daily business plan using various communication tools and customer relationship management systems. Duties extend from greeting and assessing customer needs, initiating sales processes, managing follow-ups, presenting vehicles, facilitating transactions, to ensuring customer retention and loyalty. This role promotes a strong team environment, encourages positive attitudes, and values personal responsibility in maintaining appearance and work area cleanliness. It offers a $3000 bonus after the initial 90-day probationary period upon securing a permanent position. Job Duties

  • Work a daily business plan and communicate with incoming traffic and calls

  • use eLead CRM to manage and measure lead activity
  • leverage auto responders, personalized e-mail templates and phone guides to drive appointments and sales
  • manage and measure all lead activity and results including initial email response

  • confirm appointments to drive your show rate
  • greet incoming sales opportunities
  • do a comprehensive needs assessment before selection
