Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a weekday off
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire vehicle sales and ownership experience
- Manage customer needs, appointments, follow-ups, and satisfaction surveys
- Educate customers on vehicle technology features and Connected Services functionality
- Serve as the main point of contact during sales and service processes
- Support the sales team with daily operations
- Independently assist with sales-related responsibilities when needed
- Utilize CRM and dealer management systems to anticipate customer needs and maintain strong customer relationships
