The Automotive Porter/Valet position at Capital is integral to maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring the dealership lot remains presentable, organized, and easily navigable. This role combines customer service and operational responsibilities, where the individual will assist customers by providing valet parking services, greeting visitors, and efficiently managing vehicle inventory. The Porter/Valet ensures vehicles are properly staged and parked to reflect the dealership’s high standards, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This hands-on role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to uphold the reputation and smooth functioning of the dealership.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as walking and standing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings

Job Duties
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot
- Ensure that vehicles are properly staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards
- Perform regular inspections for cleanliness and report any issues to appropriate departments
- Provide valet services for customers visiting the dealership
- Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve their vehicles upon departure
- Offer a warm welcome to customers and assist with any questions or requests
- Assist with managing vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and availability
- All other duties assigned
