Job Duties
- Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lane, service drive, and parking lot
- Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as tracking key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls
- Follow dealership display standards for vehicle presentation
- Field customer requests in the showroom and service areas with professionalism
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service repairs
- Clean parking lot, service stalls, and vehicle areas as needed
- Service customer needs with a positive attitude
