Job Description

Sentric is a leading company specializing in automotive calibration services, dedicated to providing high-quality, precise calibration solutions for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Established with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, Sentric has grown to become a trusted name in the automotive service industry. The company operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where technological advancements and customer service excellence are prioritized. Sentric’s workforce is built on skilled professionals committed to ensuring vehicle safety, performance, and compliance with industry standards. Their emphasis on continuous training, operational efficiency, and customer engagement creates a collaborative atmosphere that supports both employee growth and excellent service delivery.

The role of Support Specialist at Sentric is essential to maintaining smooth operational flow within the shop and providing exceptional service to customers. Offering a competitive pay range of $17 to $22 per hour, this position is key to ensuring that vehicles are properly shuttled, prepared, and supported through the calibration process efficiently. The Support Specialist will be involved in multiple facets of the operation including vehicle shuttle services, preparation for calibrations such as fueling and checking tires, assisting technicians with operational needs, and performing ADAS verification tests to ensure calibrations meet required standards.

Beyond vehicle preparation and shuttle responsibilities, the Support Specialist will engage directly with customers by answering basic inquiries, providing timely updates on vehicle status, and addressing general concerns related to operations or performance. This role also entails administrative duties including managing office and shop supplies, maintaining cleanliness for a neat work environment, and assisting with preparation and transmission of quotes and invoices related to calibration services. Candidates who excel in communication, initiative, attention to detail, flexibility, customer focus, and organizational skills will thrive in this role.

Candidates are required to have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and must meet company policies regarding motor vehicle records and company vehicle use. While automotive experience is considered a plus, it is not mandatory. The position requires physical stamina to perform tasks involving frequent bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods. Sentric upholds a strict drug-free policy, necessitating all applicants to clear a pre-employment drug screening prior to commencing work. This ensures a safe, professional, and productive workplace environment.

Overall, the Support Specialist role at Sentric offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable company specialized in automotive calibration. The role combines operational support, customer service, and administrative functions to enhance daily shop performance and customer satisfaction. With competitive compensation and a strong focus on teamwork and quality, this position is ideal for individuals with a passion for automotive services and customer engagement who seek to develop their careers in a supportive and progressive company setting.
