The role of Porter at The Boyd Group's AL Huntsville-Friends Crossing NE location is a vital position that supports the overall quality of customer service and operational efficiency. Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted vehicle parts, and place tools and equipment in their proper location
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning
  • Clean customer vehicles interior and exterior after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
