Located at Genesis of Carmel, one of the group’s key dealerships, the Porter position plays a critical role in supporting dealership operations. This role is tailored for individuals who thrive in hands-on work and take pride in maintaining vehicle standards and customer satisfaction. The Porter is instrumental in ensuring that the vehicle inventory is well-presented, clean, and ready for customers and sales activities. Responsibilities include transporting vehicles securely within the dealership or to external locations, maintaining the cleanliness and repair readiness of vehicles, and supporting various operational tasks that contribute to the dealership’s appearance and functionality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle machinery safely
- Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to operate an automobile
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
- 18 years of age or older to comply with company driving policy

Job Duties
- Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly
- Moving units as directed by the sales/service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
- Picking up vehicles from storage and delivering vehicles to storage and other dealerships
- Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
- Building and grounds maintenance as needed
- Other functions and special projects may be assigned
