Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Willingness to learn
  • Pulling/pushing, carrying, walking 5+ miles a day, sitting, standing 5+ hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl for more than 1 hour
  • Ability to operate motor vehicle

  • Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production areas including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repair work
  • Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are completed
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
