Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Automotive experience preferred
- Clear close vision required
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service abilities

- Willingness to learn
- Pulling/pushing, carrying, walking 5+ miles a day, sitting, standing 5+ hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl for more than 1 hour
- Ability to operate motor vehicle
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts
- Physical demands must be met to perform job functions

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of production areas including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repair work
- Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are completed
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
