Job Description

Ken Garff Automotive Group is a well-established and highly respected name in the automotive retail industry. Originating in 1932, the company has grown from a single dealership to a comprehensive network of dealerships that operate with a strong commitment to integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a family-owned business, Ken Garff Automotive Group prides itself on a corporate culture that treats its employees like family, placing a high value on respect, growth, humility, and teamwork. This commitment extends beyond traditional dealership operations to a broader vision of continuously evolving and improving the way automotive retail is done, which is reflected in the dedication of its workforce and the loyalty of its customers.

Honda of Orem, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently seeking a Sales Lot Attendant who embodies the company core values and serves as an important part of the dealership experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the lot is organized, attractive, and operationally efficient, providing vital support that directly contributes to the sales process. The Sales Lot Attendant position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment, take pride in precision and trustworthiness, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

The Sales Lot Attendant will have responsibilities that go beyond just keeping the lot tidy; they will actively participate in maintaining the quality and readiness of the vehicles, inspecting incoming inventory for damage, verifying vehicle details, and ensuring secure storage of vehicle keys. This position demands an individual with an energetic and positive attitude, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced dealership environment. The role offers an excellent entry point into the automotive industry, with opportunities to grow and advance into sales and service roles over time.

Ken Garff Automotive Group supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, 401k with company match, wellness time off, paid holidays, personal days, and a variety of insurance plans. Employees also benefit from additional wellness programs such as mental health support and parental leave stipends, as well as attractive employee discounts on vehicles and services. The culture at Ken Garff emphasizes the value of listening — not just as an internal practice but as a core approach to customer service and employee engagement, setting the company apart in a competitive market.

Joining Honda of Orem as a Sales Lot Attendant means becoming part of a company with a long-standing history and a progressive outlook, where your contributions and values are highly regarded. If you want to work in a role that promotes responsibility, precision, and teamwork, while receiving extensive support and opportunities for growth, this position provides a fantastic career path. With a foundation built on 90 years of industry expertise, Ken Garff Automotive Group offers much more than a job — it offers a chance to be part of a forward-thinking organization committed to reinventing the automotive selling experience.
