Automotive Lot Porter/Valet

The role of Service Lot Porter/Valet Person is pivotal in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by managing multiple responsibilities that include moving vehicles safely in and around the service area, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. The employee will be responsible for driving vehicles between different locations within the service area, installing protective coverings on vehicles, providing basic service such as refueling and topping up oil and water, and washing vehicles as required. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the service lot and facility by removing debris and assisting with snow clearance during applicable seasons. Another important aspect of the role includes delivering vehicles to customers after service completion and, when necessary, transporting customers to and from their homes.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a high energy level, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with a positive and friendly attitude. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as the company is willing to provide training for the right candidate.
