The role of Automotive Lot Coordinator at All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is a vital position that serves as the bridge between the dealership and the internal All-Pro teams. The coordinator acts as a liaison responsible for managing the workflow related to vehicle repairs, ensuring that cars are inspected as they arrive at the dealership and facilitating clear communication between dealership management and All-Pro personnel. The Lot Coordinator also conducts audits and inspections on the frontline to ensure quality standards and manages service drive sales and communication to optimize performance. The position supports the Area Manager with recruiting activities and takes charge of ordering supplies and materials essential for daily operations.
