Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible and dedicated individuals to join their team as full-time Automotive Detailers at their Wilmington, NC location. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15, along with a robust benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing and professional growth. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest cleanliness and safety standards in the industry, ensuring customers receive vehicles that are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and prepared to meet stringent quality benchmarks.

As an Automotive Detailer, your responsibilities will encompass washing, cleaning, and sanitizing the interiors and exteriors of various vehicles such as cars, trucks, and vans. Attention to detail will be paramount, as you will inspect vehicles for damages, check fluid levels, tire conditions, and ensure all vehicle settings are appropriately reset. Your role will also include fueling and staging vehicles, operating specialized cleaning equipment like carpet shampoos and air purifiers, and assisting with overall site cleanliness and safety.

The position operates on a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with Sunday and Monday off, offering a balanced work-life arrangement. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Availability to work full-time with schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including vehicle cleaning and inspection
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
  • Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset vehicle settings, check for customer items, and verify registration
  • Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
  • Fuel and stage vehicle
  • Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report issues, and pull vehicles out of prep processing if necessary
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
  • Assist customers when needed, including transportation to and from branches
  • Help maintain site appearance through general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors
  • Perform site appearance duties including cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
