We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer at our Lubbock, TX location. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 and includes a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and professional growth of our employees. The work schedule consists of consistent full-time hours, totaling 40 hours per week, with shifts distributed throughout the week including weekends. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest cleanliness and safety standards across our vehicle fleet. Your role will encompass washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing various types of vehicles such as cars, trucks, and vans. This meticulous preparation ensures that every vehicle meets the stringent criteria required for customer rentals, promoting not only aesthetic appeal but also health and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, thorough sanitization, checking fluid levels, tire condition, fuel levels, and vehicle diagnostics while ensuring that the vehicles are ready for immediate use. You will also be tasked with operating specialized cleaning equipment to eliminate stains and odors, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, and assisting customers when needed. Additionally, this role involves supporting site appearance by performing general cleaning duties around the branch location to uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires a proactive attitude towards job performance improvement through continuous self-assessment, skill development, and training.
