This full-time position as an Automotive Detailer is a key role within Enterprise Mobility’s commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness and safety standards across its extensive fleet of rental vehicles. The successful candidate will be based at 1513 Brown Trl, Bedford, TX 76022, working a consistent and structured 40-hour week schedule. The hourly pay for this position is set at $15 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation. The schedule is strategically designed to balance operational demands and employee well-being, with working hours on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and days off on Tuesday and Saturday.

As an Automotive Detailer at Enterprise Mobility, you will be the frontline guardian of vehicle cleanliness and presentation, ensuring each vehicle meets and exceeds the company’s high standards before it reaches the customer. Your role involves a wide range of responsibilities including washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and inspecting vehicles of varying sizes such as cars, trucks, and vans. Attention to detail is paramount as you prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring they are not only visually clean but also safe for customers. Your tasks will include checking for any mechanical warnings, inspecting tire conditions, verifying fluid levels, and reporting any safety concerns or damages. Beyond vehicle preparation, you will also contribute to maintaining overall site cleanliness and assisting with customer services as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
  • authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • able to work full-time hours on scheduled days
  • able to perform physical tasks associated with automotive detailing

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
  • authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment now or in the future

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
  • wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
  • check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, perform factory reset to clear prior customer data, check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found, verify registration
  • check fluid levels and add as needed, inspect tire condition, pressure and tread depth, examine vehicle exterior for damage
  • fuel and stage vehicle
  • inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report issues, pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary
  • maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
  • operate tools like carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors
  • assist customers when needed including transportation to and from branches
  • help maintain overall site appearance by cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations
  • perform daily site cleaning tasks including desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
  • seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
  • perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
