Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to work the provided schedule which includes Sunday every other week and Saturday every other week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto detailing or vehicle cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning and detailing equipment safely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level, warning lights, and inspect windshield for damage
- Perform factory reset and restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Check for customer items and manage Lost & Found
- Verify vehicle registration and matching license plate
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns and report warning lights or damage
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Wear proper personal protection equipment and ensure supplies are available
- Assist customers and transport when needed
- Maintain overall site appearance including cleaning and general upkeep of branch locations
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
