The role of an Automotive Detailer at Enterprise Mobility is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the automotive rental industry. Detailers play a critical role in leading and upholding our company’s Complete Clean Pledge by thoroughly washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a wide range of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans. Every vehicle must meet our stringent cleanliness and safety benchmarks to ensure total customer satisfaction and a safe rental experience.

The position involves detailed processes such as vacuuming and interior preparation, exterior washing and drying, and comprehensive vehicle inspections including fuel level checks, windshield damage inspections, fluid level assessments, tire condition evaluations, and safety checks. Additionally, Automotive Detailers are responsible for ensuring all vehicles are sanitized properly according to health and safety protocols, performing factory resets to clear prior customer information, and managing customer belongings with care by placing valuables in the Lost & Found.

Working at Enterprise Mobility also requires maintaining an organized and safe work environment by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring that all cleaning and sanitization supplies are adequately stocked. Automotive Detailers may additionally assist customers by transporting them to and from branches and help to maintain the pristine condition and appearance of the branch facilities. These responsibilities include routine cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors and ensuring all locations uphold the company’s professional image.
