The Detail Supervisor will oversee the cleaning and refurbishing of both new and used vehicles, ensuring that every car leaving the lot meets the highest quality standards. Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a valid in-state driver license and a good driving record
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Must demonstrate a friendly and cooperative demeanor
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Tolerant of uncertainty
- Possess a professional appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years automotive management experience
- Strong leadership skills with professional appearance and manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information
- Excellent manual dexterity skills with patience and eye for detail
- Ability to climb in and out of vehicles repeatedly
Job Duties
- Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly
- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment
- Train staff
- Manage lot operations
- Delegate tasks and be hands-on with porter, details, and valet duties as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
