The Service Ambassador role at Xcite Automotive is a critical position based in Fort Myers, Florida, offered through a dealership partner. This role serves as the first and primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and seamless experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting customers promptly and professionally, managing the flow of communication during the service visit, and coordinating with service advisors and technicians to provide clear updates on vehicle status and service timelines.
