Our company is an independent automotive repair shop located in North Chesterfield, VA. We are currently looking for a full-time Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance. The pay range is competitive, offering $18 to $25 per hour commensurate with experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call us. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, managing appointment scheduling, processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the front office operations. You will also assist service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks and help maintain an organized and welcoming customer waiting area.

This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive industry procedures and shop management software such as Tekmetric is a plus, though we provide training to the right candidates. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
