- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- experience with automotive software a plus
- team-oriented with a professional and dependable work ethic
- must pass pre-employment background screenings

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, creating a professional and welcoming experience
- schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and services
- maintain an organized front desk area
- communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details, service updates, and general inquiries
- support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing basic documentation
- relay repair timelines, estimates, and additional service needs from the body shop team to customers
- assist with billing and invoicing as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
