Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, creating a professional and welcoming experience
  • schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and services
  • maintain an organized front desk area
  • communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details, service updates, and general inquiries
  • support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing basic documentation
  • relay repair timelines, estimates, and additional service needs from the body shop team to customers
  • assist with billing and invoicing as needed
  • perform other duties as assigned
