Job Duties

  • Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Drive the courtesy shuttle for service customers as needed
  • Manage vehicle flow in dealership lots, ensuring smooth traffic and organized parking
  • Move and retrieve vehicles between service lanes, parking lots, and customer pick-up areas
  • Maintain a clean and orderly lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and accessible
  • Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle logistics as needed
  • Perform additional duties to support the service department
